Snowboard bindings: sizing, flex and picks at every price
Bindings connect your boots to the board, so they need to fit both. Here is how to size and choose them, and every pair Absolute Snow has in stock.

How to choose
Size to your boots
Bindings come in S, M and L (and sometimes XL) by boot size. Check the brand’s chart: the boot should sit centred with no gap at the heel and the toe strap over the toe box.
Match the flex to your boots
Soft bindings with soft boots for park and beginners; stiffer bindings and highbacks with stiffer boots for carving and freeride. A mismatch makes the board feel vague or twitchy.
Check the mounting
Most bindings fit 4×4 and 2×4 hole patterns, and many include hardware for Burton’s Channel system. Check before you buy if your board is a Burton.
Strap style
Traditional two-strap bindings are the most common. Rear-entry and step-in systems are quicker to get into, but step-in systems need matching boots.
Picks at every price
