Arriving for your Vars ski week

Meet and greet: private drivers wait in arrivals with a name sign; add your flight number so a delay moves the pickup.
Ski bags: declare them when you book; the vehicle is sized by luggage as well as passengers.
Saturday changeover: roads into the Alps are busiest on Saturdays; allow extra time in both directions.
Return trip: book it with the outbound; pickup time = drive time + snow margin + the airline's check-in deadline.
