Tips for this journey
- Give your flight number and the number of ski or snowboard bags when you book. Passenger seats and luggage space are not the same thing.
- Saturday is changeover day in most Alpine resorts, so roads and airports are at their busiest. A midweek or Sunday arrival is usually quicker.
- Use your full accommodation address. Two chalets "in Saariselkä" can be far apart, and some are only reachable on foot or by a local shuttle.
