How to Get to Verbier: Geneva Airport, Train via Martigny & Le Châble

The short answer
Verbier is about 2.5 hours from Geneva Airport and just over 4 hours from Zurich Airport. By train, travel to Martigny, then on to Le Châble at the foot of the Le Châble–Verbier cable car. The Verbier Express runs from Geneva Airport at weekends and on public holidays.

By train
Swiss trains connect to Martigny (about 4 hours from Zurich, 3 from Bern), then continue to Le Châble at the foot of the cable car to Verbier. The Verbier Express runs from Geneva Airport all year at weekends and on public holidays.
By car
From Martigny, Verbier is about 30 minutes by road. At Le Châble you can park at the free Curala car park and take the cable car, or drive on up to Verbier.
